Featuring a super-fine felt tip applicator, this liner is ideal for precise application and creating a sharp winged eyeliner look.

The intense black pigment glides on smoothly and dries down to a budge-proof, water-resistant finish that will last from day to night without smudging.

HOW TO: 

1. Apply gently by pulling eyeliner along the natural curve of your lashline.

2. For a cat eye look, flick eyeliner our at the outer edge (angling towards the outer corner of your eyebrow).

3. Ensure cap is on securely after each use to prevent drying.
