Every 6 hours thereafter 300-420ml. 3-6 years (14-21 kg): In the first 6 hours 500-760ml. Every 6 hours thereafter 450-630ml. 6-12 years (21-40 kg): In the first 6 hours 760-1440ml. Every 6 hours thereafter 600-840ml. 12 years - Adult (above 40 kg): In the first 6 hours 1440-2000ml. Every 6 hours thereafter 900-1260ml.
